How does SetPal's pricing work?
SetPal works on a commission model for influencer brand deals — we earn a percentage of the campaign, not a monthly fee. There are no long-term retainers and no upfront subscription. You pay in relation to the work we broker and manage, not for a seat on a roster.
Who actually produces the campaign content?
The creator produces the content. SetPal is the broker and manager: we find the right creator for your brand, structure the deal, and manage the partnership from brief to launch — the creator brings their own voice, style, and community. This split is deliberate, because audiences trust creators precisely because the content is theirs.
Do you only work with VTubers? What markets and creator types do you cover?
SetPal specializes in VTubers and subculture creators across anime, cosplay, and gaming communities, but is not limited to VTubers alone. We operate primarily in Thailand and secondarily across Southeast Asia, and we identify and vet the right creator for each brand's specific audience and brief.
We're a foreign brand entering Thailand — is SetPal a fit?
Yes. SetPal works in both Thai and English and acts as a single point of contact for brands entering the Thai market. We handle creator selection, deal structure, and campaign management locally, so a foreign brand doesn't need to navigate Thailand's creator communities alone.
Is there a lock-in or exclusive contract?
No. SetPal does not require long-term retainers or exclusivity. Engagements are structured per campaign, so brands can work with us deal by deal rather than committing to an ongoing contract.
Can SetPal help plan the campaign itself — not just find the creator?
Yes. Once we've matched the right creator or talent, SetPal can also help shape the campaign around them — and run brand activations or events when a brand wants the whole thing handled.
